BibUpload is sensitive to empty subfields: if it finds an empty
subfield, BibUpload suspects a possible error in the input XML, and
therefore marks the task with an error status, so that you can check
the metadata.
If you think that your input XML should indeed not have a value for
field 260, then remove the empty datafield/subfield from your input.
You might also want to review the process that produces this data,
in order to remove the creation of empty datafield/subfields (I am
thinking for example about the XSL transformation that could be used
when OAI-harvesting).
