Seems like TEST-NEWSLETTERS-2008-018_2008-10-24_11:34:28 is not a valid
MARCXML file. You can try xmlmarclint on it to confirm:
$ /opt/cds-invenio/bin/xmlmarclint \
/opt/local/cds-invenio/var/tmp/TEST-NEWSLETTERS-2008-018_2008-10-24_11:34:28
You can try to look inside the file to see what is wrong with it:
$ xmllint --format \
/opt/local/cds-invenio/var/tmp/TEST-NEWSLETTERS-2008-018_2008-10-24_11:34:28
Apparently you seem to have problems with your submission templates. In
order to debug what is wrong, you can look into your submission archive
for this record and check how MARCXML was created. See some hints at:
