Which version of CDS Invenio are you running? I just tried on a recent GIT version and it does seem to work. Is your sub-collection really attached to the collection? Is that reflected in the display of the collection tree on the main WebSearch admin interface? <http://localhost/admin/websearch/websearchadmin.py?mtype=perform_showall> Where does it says that there is no subcollections? On the same page as above (I would guess in the "Collection Status" table)? Are you reading the correction column/row of this table? What is the exact message displayed? If you have run webcoll (to update the public collection tree with your changes), do you see the collection tree as you expect in the public pages? Just trying to understand if it is the status indicator which is faulty, or if the subcollection is really is not attached as indicated.
