we tried to reproduce on our installation the errors you're encountering, but
without success. That could mean that the different bugs you've found have
been fixed on CVS (i.e. the developer version). In an a couple of weeks or so
(depending on the current scheduling of our developments) we should be able
to release a bugfix-release 0.99.1. I warmly recommend you to upgrade to that
version when it will went out.
In the meantime we'll try to better understand the bugs you reported.
