Actually, would make sense to make this more general so that the
citesummary format was something like a page with 2 search boxes:
Box 1: Papers referred to: ____________ (e.g. author:brooks or
affiliation:SLAC)
Box 2: Cited by papers: ______________ (e.g. TC:published or
year:2002 or not author:brooks)
Note that we are playing on the refers to and citedby, and these boxes
(or rather the second...the first is just the regular search box for
citesummary) are driven in similar ways.
We should also display the total number of citing papers, rather than the
number of cites, as these are, in fact, different things as you point out,
but people may not quite get that at first.
