#603: batch uploader: introduce confirmation step

In order to avoid cataloguing mishaps, tools like batch uploader and
multi-record editor should always pass through a confirmation page
that will say something like "You are going to submit a job that will
REPLACE etc" and it should show first few lines of the file that is
about to be submitted and it should ask to "Please confirm".
