Yes, that's probably quickest. Though if we join Benoit's fixes and Marko's fixes, then we should be not far from supporting subdirs natively. It used to work well something like ~5 years ago, but then we've been always installing Invenio onto the root directory on sites in recent years, so we've got somehow slack on this topic...
