OK. Follow-up on the other issues:
2) Checked and it seems OK to me. Anyway the dictionary already existed as
global variables, except that they were not defined at module level.
3) No additional unit/regression test is broken after my changes. I do
however have several tests failing, probably because of packages missing
for CentOS. Maybe someone could double-check.
4) I won't do that because that's too long of a task however I corrected
the real errors in WebSubmit.
My branch is now ready to merge.
