Invenio can be greatly extended in local installation by adding new format
element, new submission functions, new plugins, new templates...
Invenio already comes with integrated i18n support for most of the strings
included in the code and in the user oriented documentation.
It would be a nice addition for any installation of Invenio to extend the
i18n support to any string actually referred by the installation (that is
part e.g. of a plugin added by the system administrator)
