Fixed. This is because we killed some states (accepted), so the ticket was in an invalid state. I have now reset it so you should be able to put in `in_work' or `in_merge' as appropriate. P.S. Generic comment #1: when putting up a merge request, please always specify the branch name (example: git branch johndoe/foo-bar-blah) and then don't rebase, squash or otherwise touch the published branch anymore. Generic comment #2: after putting up a merge request, it is not necessary to send me an email anymore, as used to be the case up to now <https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CDS/GitWorkflow#W7_Publishing_your_work>, because we now have a nice trace, e.g. on pages like <http://invenio-software.org/wiki/Team/TiborSimko>.
