When bibupload will be able to perform intelligent matching of controlled
fields (via $9 authority names, see task #6495), the bibclassify daemon
should use this new bibupload mode in order not to erase keywords entered by
other authorities when it is uploading its automatically recognized keywords.

OK, checked, bibupload will add/replace/update keywords when properly
instructed to do so -- how it will be instructed is more work for the
scenario of how new inspire should work and what will be available there.

I am checking just this -- bibclassify creates marc record, now the question
is if bibupload overwrites existing if one field is different
bibupload is being used for upload
