the rnkDOWNLOADS table is currently filled (by s2d project when migrating
documents from doc machine at CERN and) bibdocfile when streaming a file to
user.

Actually each time the file is streamed a row is added to this table.

This table grows indiscriminately.

It would be nice to:
* add a row only when a file is actually streamed to the user completely and
only the first time. We should not care about double clicks.
* discard robots (see task #6958)
* old data should be aggregated in a smart way (e.g. by summarizing clicks of
a year) and removed from rnkDOWNLOADS
