Thank you for your answer. With Apache being restarted, there isn't any problem at all. I was actually looking for a method with which I wouldn't restart Apache each time. However, it's not a big deal though; I can restart it every time I update a script.

Sounds like wsgi is getting in your way and actually caching the code.
