Thank you for your answer. With Apache being restarted, there isn't any problem 
at all. I was actually looking for a method with which I wouldn't restart 
Apache each time. However, it's not a big deal though; I can restart it every 
time I update a script.

Did you try to restart the apache? Sounds like wsgi is getting in your way and 
actually caching the code. Just a guess, however, as I don't really understand 
what your usecase is.
