Is Vidyo something that costs?  Are you using a free version?  If there's some 
money involved, I"ll want to get the appropriate requisitions started.

In principle this discussion could be a good occasion to start using it in our
developer forums.

There is currently, unfortunately, a known bug where desktop sharing does not
work for the KDE desktop, but YMMV :-)

Shall we give it a try for next week forum?

Apparently a dedicated router has already been installed at FNAL and BNL, so
it might work nicely also for those in US
