CFG_WEBSEARCH_WILDCARD_LIMIT not defined in search_engine.py [next branch]

Hi Tibor,

A recent commit to the next branch is breaking things for our build
process. The CFG_WEBSEARCH_WILDCARD_LIMIT setting needs to be added to
the imports at the top of search_engine.py
