One-line summary: (i) Flask branch coming with pip for prerequisites; (ii) setup with parallel virtualenv for every Invenio branch; (iii) developer-friendly but less-accurate virtualenv (due to external dependencies) vs most-accurate but less developer-friendly VMs, Vagrant, and Bitten approaches; (iv) interest in harmonising virtualenv devstripts; (v) possible use of git-new-workdir, pythonbrew, invenio-devserver, fabric.
