This one seems related to the RT ticket backend (bibcatalog_system_rt), while the exception comes from the email ticket backend (bibcatalog_system_email) that Invenio installations use by default and that does not implement ticket searching function. Hence it'd be good if perform_request_bibcatalog() is prepared for such an eventuality... Best regards -- Tibor Simko
