Yes, you can amend BibIndexAuthorCountTokenizer.py for example to achieve this. However, a simple alternative with Invenio/master branch (the future Invenio v1.2) would be to make use of the new `filetype' index where you can type: -filetype:a->z to get all records not having any file attached.
