invenio-20140216-ubuntu-precise vagrant box is released

Hi gang:

I've updated our Vagrant virtual development environment to include
latest Invenio "maint-1.0", "maint-1.1", "master" and "next" demo sites,
as corresponding to 2014-02-16.

Get and start Invenio VM via:

  $ mkdir ~/invenio_ubuntu_vm && cd ~/invenio_ubuntu_vm
  $ vagrant init invenio-20140216-ubuntu-precise \
    
http://invenio-software.org/download/vagrant/invenio-20140216-ubuntu-precise.box
  $ vagrant up

Then see it up and running at:

  http://localhost:8080/
