The variable CFG_WEBSEARCH_PERMITTED_RESTRICTED_COLLECTIONS_LEVEL
existed well in v1.1.2 already, so it should have been well importable?

There is no CFG_BIBDOCFILE_ADDITIONAL_KNOWN_MIMETYPES in v1.1.3. Maybe
you have had some virtual environment mix-up with upgrading to the
master development version?
