Probably because you generate 980 to be PICTURE while your IHEP Photos collection may require different identifier? How is this collection defined? You can check in the WebSearch Admin interface. There are basically two ways to solve this: either update collection definition to something like: 980__a:"PICTURE" AND 037:"IHEP-PHOTO*" that will catch the MARC record you cited via Boolean query, or else to update your submission templates to generate: <datafield tag="980" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">IHEPPHOTO</subfield></datafield> Here, IHEPPHOTO is the collection identifier that you have selected for your IHEP Photos collection records. (WebSearch Admin interface would then use something like 980__a:"IHEPPHOTO" as the collection definition.) Best regards -- Tibor Simko
