In addition, since Harald mentioned seeing `Atlantis', then it seems the site name was also modified, in which case `--reset-all' would also be needed. This is because the site name is used also as the name of the Home collection, and `--update-all' works on the installed files only, while `--reset-all' works on the DB content.
