Hi, you can modify the structure of the collection with WebSearch (Administration > Configure Websearch).
You may want to start looking at "3. Modify collection tree". Note the point "7. Guide". It is possible to have a different name to be displayed for a collection using the translations. Please note that the collection name will not change. In fact the collection name is part of URLs, typically bookmarked by users. Therefore, usually you should delete the collections of the Atlantis Demo site and create new ones.
