you have to install the mediaelement plugin. From your Invenio source tree,
just type:
$ sudo -u www-data make install-mediaelement
And refresh the detailed view page. From the INSTALL guide:

$ make install-mediaelement ## optional
This will automatically download and install the MediaElementJS
HTML5 video player that is needed for videos on the DEMO site.
