fills a basket, the basket in question has to exist first.
Unfortunatley, this is not easily accomplished except that you work your
way as you pointed out, which would not be logical in this usecase. (I
want ot fill the basket by the alert not by hand ;)
Maybe one point is that we use baskets in our workflow as notifictions
for editors etc. And those guys get some predefined basekts and alerts,
so they'd actually never ever see the initial "create" link.
I'd just suggest that the "create basket" link also shows up on the
yourbaskets/display page regadless if I have any defined or not. I
thinks this would not hurt but accomplish both ways of thinking.
I checked at invenio-demo and indeed even there I get "create new
basket" link only if I do not yet have any baskets, later on it does
not show up anymore.
If you already have some topics/baskets defined, then go to a concrete
topic where you would like to create a basket, and you'll see menu
option ``+ Create basket'' displayed on the rhs in the yellow stripe.
Consider an inital layout like
Editorial Work
- Revision List
- Temp entries
Now you want to add a new topic "Personal interest" or whatever.
