Just to follow-up on this, if you have been upgrading from git, the version could have been wrongly detected due to automake caching. We usually recommend to kill `autom4te.cache' before git-based upgrades, see <http://invenio-software.org/wiki/Installation/Download>. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
