Dear Invenio team,

I created a new collection and a new doctype named EBEPCPIC which is cloned
from DEMOPIC. Now pictures can be upload to the new collection.

I have 2 problems

1. when I view the detailed record, the resource pic is not shown there.
Please see the attached file.
I have defined the output template which is same with collection demo
pictures. I have added the lines

more HB.bfo
tag 980.a:
PICTURE --- Picture_HTML_brief.bft
EBEPCPIC --- Picture_HTML_brief.bft

 more HD.bfo
tag 980.a:
PICTURE --- Picture_HTML_detailed.bft
EBEPCPIC --- Picture_HTML_detailed.bft
Why the resource picture is not there ? what should I check?

If you want to make sure the correct template is loaded for this record, you
can add &verbose=9 at the end of the URL (you need to be logged in as admin in
order to be able to use this). The verbose should tell you which template is
used. If the correct template is loaded, maybe you are missing the icon? You
can check the marc/marcxml to see if the icon was created.

2. I do not configure the collection is restricted. But it is shown
'RSTRICTED' when I view the detailed record.
I cannot find any rstriced role, user ,action connect with the doctye.

What should I check for the problem ?

My first guess would have been that your new collection is not attached to the
collection tree, but from the screenshot I guess this is not the case. Have you
fully ran webcoll?
The RESTRICTED flag is displayed for all the records that can not be reached
from the home collection. If your new collection (or any of its ancestors) is
not restricted in web access (there is no role connecting the action
viewrestrcoll with this collection) then running webcoll for the entire set of
collections should solve the problem.

Best regards,
Ludmila
