Hello, I'd like to know if it is possible to convert an internal document to an external document, and how one would go about doing it (where only authenticated users can see the comments and document history). This way we don't have a redundant internal copy.
The simple way I assume is to have 2 separate versions of the same document, in public and private collections respectively. But this doubles the number of documents. Thank you for any insight in this. Phillip
