This might have been due to the "old" local collection cache still being used in the active app worker WSGI process. I.e. the local WSGI process "did not notice" new collections after you have created them. It is too late now, but chances are that restarting Apache immediately after having created your new collections would have prevented this. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
