there is just some gentle reminder in:

to use microdata, however the idea there was to upgrade the default Invenio 
BibFormat templates, which, as you can imagine vary a lot from installation to 
installation...

There is some additional work towards JSON-LD within the new Annotation 
Framwork:

but I leave Adrian and Tibor comment on that.

There is also an going project to map records (and other pluggable data 
structures) to RDF in the BibRDF module (so not embedded as RDFa):

but I leave Samuele Carli and Martin to comment on that.
