Outside Invenio, one easy way to achieve what you want would be to set up an Apache redirect from "/collection/Foo" to "/search?cc=Foo". Otherwise, inside Invenio, you can customise "websearch_templates.py" by creating your own "websearch_templates_fiee.py" and modifying "/collection" style URLs to generate the "/search?cc=" ones.
