There are two possibilities, either Indico pushing to Invenio or Invenio
fetching from Indico.

For the former, the robot upload mechanism may be used:

  https://invenio-demo.cern.ch/help/admin/bibupload-admin-guide#4.2

You'd need to extract Indico records as MARCXML and submit them to
Invenio that way.

For the latter, the OAI harvesting daemon can be set up:

  https://invenio-demo.cern.ch/help/admin/oaiharvest-admin-guide

You'd need to configure Indico to expose its records via OAI-PMH and
then configure Invenio's harvesting processes, see options like h-c-f-u
(harvest-convert-filter-upload) in the admin interface.

Which option would be the best for you will probably depend on the
concrete Indico version you are running. Shall we discuss it together
with Indico developers?

Best regards
