Dear Petr, webcoll has been removed as it's not needed anymore. Please make sure that collection index definition has to be updated and all records has been re-indexed.
PS: For production please use `maint-2.0`, because `master` is under heavy development right now. We will keep let you know when it's out as Invenio v2.1.0.
