What exactly do you mean by failed? Did it displayed an error? > What does "Run Record Merge" do ? It will allow you to choose how to merge 2 records into one, by carefully merging field by field. As an authorized user you should be able to simply visit http://example.org/record/merge/ specify the record 1 and 2 (note that record 2 is going to be deleted at the end of the process. Users visiting record 2 will be redirected to record 1). Then the interface will allow to operate on the several fields and take decision on how to merge them. Finally when you confirm, the system will schedule an upload to update record 1 and delete record 2. > Where is the help about "Run Record > Merge" ?
