Note that GitHub itself is not enough. Especially for Invenio v1.x versions where the installation process downloads some assets (such as JavaScript dependencies) from http://invenio-software.org/ download area (which is not hosted on GitHub). Anyway, the invenio-software.org site has been up since yesterday night, so everything should work fine now. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
