Senior Peoplesoft CRM Helpdesk Consultant
**LOCATION:* San Francisco, CA (must be on-site 5 days/week)
*DURATION:* 3-6+ months

*THIS WILL GET YOUR CANDIDATE THE JOB:*
1) NOT looking for a “techie” Looking for functional consultant to help
client understand how to maximize Peoplesoft CRM Helpdesk (email, reporting,
metrics, etc.)
2) Looking for SENIOR Peoplesoft Consultant
3) 10+ years of Peoplesoft experience (at least 5 working with CRM)
4) MUST have excellent PEOPLESOFT HELPDESK experience. 2 LARGE Peoplesoft
HelpDesk projects required
5) Strong Functional Call Center / CRM knowledge required

Client will hire over phone IF consultant has excellent comm skills.
Candidates with less than the above qualifications will not be considered.
