All aspects of TSM Adminsitration should be present: storage and copy pool handling - local and DR, retention policies - active and inactive copies, scripting, archive management, TDP client functionality (particularly Oracle and Notes), ACSLS a MUST, Gresham, and monitoring. Additionally, the successful candidate should be proficient in Unix (preferably AIX) administration and have a basic familiarity with the Microsoft environment.
