TITLE: Business Systems Analyst ( in Telephony/Call Center Infrastructure) Location: Dallas Metro Area, TX Duration: 12 mths, extendable Rate:$40-$45/hr C2C Description - Looking for Telephony/Call Center Infrastructure Experience. - He/she will define solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. - He/she will be responsible for the development, maintenance, management and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Client standard formats via print and online mediums. Requirements definition and traceability. - BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis). - 3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases of projects. - Must have acted as a business systems analyst on multiple project lifecycles - Lean/AGILE development experience (1+ yrs). - QA and testing phase experience. - Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures. - Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2 to 4 yrs). - Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis. Soft skills: - Excellent communications skills in English (both verbal and written) - Good negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills - Experience with public speaking is necessary - He/she shall provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management.
