*Scope: Responsibilities:*
• Respond timely to production support issues and alerts.
• Escalate production issues to application team lead, and
adhere to TMHP incident management processes and procedures.
• May provide documentation of incidents as needed.
• Build and test changes to the application or technical
architecture.
• Perform routine maintenance and support activities.
• Complete assigned requests within service level agreement
deadlines.
• Work with the business analysts and application team lead
to plan deployments including completing checklist and
requirement deployment procedures
• Inform the application team lead of any issues that may
affect any other project areas.
• Participate in the implementation of application service
requests and releases into production.
• Work with other developers, business analysts, and
architects to make sure components interact to meet
requirements and performance goals.
• Adhere to all coding standards and procedures.
• Follow the unit’s Configuration Management process for all
relevant software items.
• Work with business analysts, developers and application
team lead to complete assigned business support request,
SARs, and standard operations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning as needed.
• Participate in design and code reviews, estimating
sessions, test planning and overall assess application
readiness for production deployment as required.
• Participate in resolving deployment issues
• Assist application team lead with management of cross
release and cross unit ownership of deployment issues and
interdependencies.
• Work with application team lead to confirm organizational
readiness and sponsor commitment for project deployments.
• Work with application team lead to identify and document
process and technology improvements opportunities.
• Complete assigned continuous improvement initiatives on
time and within budget.
• Effectively utilize risk / issue escalation processes and
unit governance structure to application team lead and
engage unit leadership when appropriate.
• Report time into time tracking system in an accurate and
timely manner.
• May participate in management and client meetings as
needed.
