We need 4 resources. Three of them need to have the JD as described below. The Project manager should have the following additional qualifications;
1. Strong project management experience 2. Overall 10+ years of experience 3. Good knowledge of CA-Gen and preferably a working experience on CIS system in a utility company ----------- 1. JD 1 Minimum of 6+ years of mainframe (ZOS, CICS) experience 2 Minimum of 3 years development CA-Gen (aka IEF, CoolGen, advantageGen ) experience in a ZOS mainframe environment for both batch and online processing 3 Experience with Cobol development on mainframe 4 Solid knowledge of relational database (DB2 & Oracle) environments 5 Ability to perform database extracts and updates using SPUFI and SQLPLUS 6 Knowledge of mainframe JCL and mainframe utilities. 7 Familiarity with job scheduling software (Control-M preferred) 8 Knowledge of Java/EJB's/object oriented development 9 Experience with estimating system changes of various sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) 10 Analysis and design experience (small to medium projects) 10.1 Requirements gathering from clients 10.2 Define alternative approaches and state trade-offs 10.3 Selection of cost effective solution 10.4 Design of software solution 11 Assist in test plan design and definition of test cases 12. Location- Portland, Oregon 3. Rate- USD 40/hr on 1099 4. Duration-Long term CA-Gen experience is the MOST CRITICAL to look at and this should be the minimum requirement. Prior working experience with Utilities customers and knowledge of CIS (Customer Information Systems- Major application system used by all Utilities companies) would be a big PLUS and sure to be selected by the client.
