Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to propose changes to processes and systems to meet business needs. This includes the following key areas: -Developing functional requirements that include problem definition, situation analysis and process mapping. -Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations. -Test management planning and execution of testing cycles. Work with the Support team to establish and monitor tasks and milestones. Assist with facilitating communications and training needs in the use of HR processes and systems. *Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. Demonstrated functional/technical experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 required with strong background in Core HR, Self Service, Candidate Gateway/TAM, etc. Understanding of the data structures within PeopleSoft a plus. Provide support across the RICEFW framework including Reports, Interfaces and Workflow. 5-8 years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more HR functions. Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Business Objects, PeopleSoft query or other reporting tools. Experience using a structured project management and systems development methodology. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
