The person should be able to provide custom solutions for interface development. Experience in integration of 3rd party systems is very essential. The candidate should possess experience in working with larger applications and strong development expertise in architectures of products. Customization capacity for legacy products is a plus. Tech Skills: Strong technical background in core Java programming, J2ee and enterprise systems, Strong foundation in Design Patters, Springs and Struts framework, should be proficient with web enabling techniques, Web Technologies, integration skills with heterogeneous applications, Strong backend database skills are preferred, Ability to design solutions and products. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills dealing with US clients, pleasant and professional demeanor, Humble Attitude, Ability to adapt to technologies and client projects, Ability to work in team and lead, Willingness to work with Offshore-Onsite Models, Ability to travel 25-30%, Management skills: Ability to break projects into smaller tasks and activities, Ability to estimate accurately projects, Project Leadership capabilities, Excellent Documentation Skills.
