Area of responsibility cover: production support, environment monitoring, application & file system utilization tracking, environment capacity planning and reporting, infrastructure inventory & license management, availability monitoring, data collection, reporting & metrics gathering & automated build tools. Secondary responsibilities covers product administration for the Ab Initio. Product administration covers the install, setup, configuration, production support and developer support.
