Title: *Project Manager (PMP)* Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12+ months Rate: DOE * * *Skills: * Project Manager/PMP/RFP/JEC/MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint * 4+ yrs IT project management experience and have demonstrated expert knowledge skills and abilities in project management. * Four years experience in analyzing, validating and documenting, project scopes, and business requirements. * Four years experience in facilitating meetings with clients and stakeholders for software development projects. * Experience in creating Statements of Work and leading the project management activities associated with the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and coordination activities for a Joint Advisory Committee (JEC * Demonstrated leadership ability in complex projects involving multiple vendors and in-house resources within all levels of an organization. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or be able to show equivalent work/training experience. * Documented experience in successfully managing multiple concurrent IT projects whose scope included project management, risk analysis of the current system problems and process deficiencies, and recommendations for business process and system improvements.
