Responsibilities: · This software engineer will be a member of an Eagan based team developing software for the Global Business division of Legal Professional · The position will work closely with the lead software engineer to design solutions and develop features on multiple platforms (MAF and Cobalt) · Develop web applications used for legal research around the world based on predefined requirements · Development responsibilities concentrate on Java development and user interface technologies including AJAX , CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Velocity, XML and XSLT · Knowledge of web architectures including Service Oriented Architectures, load balancing, session/state management, queuing, caching, performance analysis, and data access desirable · Troubleshoot application production problems · Participate in global design review meetings · Participate in project meetings Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field · 3-5+ years software web development experience · 3-5+ years Java development experience · Experience with *AJAX , CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Velocity, XML and XSLT* · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Experience with Agile development methodologies · Track record of superior performance · Strong & collaborative team player · Goal and task focused with a strong desire to exceed objectives · Development experience on Cobalt is preferred ****SEND RESUMES TO [email protected]* I look forward to your reply!
