Collaborate with other technology teams and clients to deploy technology architectures and solutions. Research, escalate, and resolve, technology problems relating to the global technology environment. Perform and present technology performance analysis, capacity planning, and proactive health checks. Considered SME in technology field and has expert knowledge of equipment, protocols, technologies, services, and monitoring tools. * * *WebMethods Developer** must be able to:*** · Provide face-to-face interaction with the client on a daily basis. · Effectively and comfortably communicate with client personnel possessing all ranges of technical ability, personality, and disposition. · Develop positive client relationships within own area of responsibility. · Maximize personal productivity with reduced dependence on supervisor's input. · Operate as a webMethods SME, assisting in troubleshooting and developing new interfaces using webMethods, MQ series, EDI and Trading Networks. · Structure own or others' activities to minimize delays, wasted effort, or rework. · Conduct work planning/prioritization for own or others' activities. · Assist team members in completing their work or acquiring skills. · Actively contribute to maintaining a collaborative work environment. *Basic Qualifications: * · 4+ years of experience managing and/or administrating a *WebMethods, Trading Networks & MQ Series infrastructure* · 2+ years of change management experience · 2+ years experience in technical troubleshooting of SOA technologies · 4+ years evelopment experience with webMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, myWebMethods, and webMethods Broker · Experience with SAP integrations. · Experience with EDI transactions. · WebMethods certification. · Advanced webMethods skill sets. · Work effectively across both technical and functional teams both in operational support and project deliverable environments. · Responsible for meeting and reporting on SLAs for Tier 2 & 3 support · Ability to resolve technical issues and escalate issues when appropriate.* * * * Shailaja Aim Computer Consulting N.
