solution, which includes a custom leasing component. The expected required
duration of support will be six months at a minimum.
Qualifications Required
· Meets qualifications and can perform duties of (SAP CRM) Systems
Analyst Level III – Systems Architect
· Hands on experience with custom transactions and actions in CRM
· Experience with CRM outputs, especially Quotes and Invoices
· Experience testing and troubleshooting Sales transaction in CRM
· Hands on CRM Sales functional and configuration experience,
including Quotes, Contracts, Orders and Billing
· Must have at least 5 years SAP Sell side experience, at least 3
years in CRM
· 5 years SAP SD and/or CRM experience
· At least two full life cycle implementations
· Capability to communicate clearly with other IT and business team

Description:**
A resource is required to provide post-production support of client’s Human
Capital Management applications – Workday, Taleo, ADP, and Hewitt. Most
support will be focused on Workday/Taleo system maintenance from a
functional standpoint, as well as all the integrations in and out of those
two systems. The resource will also coordinate the integration maintenance
with SAP HR, Active Directory/Identity management system, and other internal
custom built web applications.
Qualifications Required
· Meets qualifications and can perform duties of (HR – Taleo,
Workday) Systems Analyst Level II
· Full training in out-of-the-box functionality of Workday and Taleo
applications, with hands-on experience in one or both applications being a
plus (Client will provide knowledge transfer only for the modifications it
has made to the applications)
· Comprehensive understanding of HR applications in general, with
ERP (PeopleSoft or SAP) HCM background being helpful
· Minimum 7 years of experience
Desired (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the

· Basic understanding of payroll, benefit, as well as ADP and Hewitt
outsourcing model

Requirements for PI 7.1 consultant:
Should have
• Done Minimum *2 upgrades to PI 7.1 (EHP1) from XI 3.0 environment* at the
application developer level (not basis as the primary function).
• Able to articulate, prototype and demonstrate at a hands-on level new
features *in PI 7.1* that can be exploited – when compared to current
capabilities in XI 3.0
• Ability to proactively envisage potential issues that would come up as a
part of upgrade to 7.1 – by reviewing current set of interfaces in XI 3.0 to
enable better planning. This includes alert monitoring setup, integration
engine setup etc.
• Worked closely with the SAP basis team in resolving issues in the basis
–application common area and help security team understand new roles
/services users in PI 7.1
• Solid knowledge and understanding of ABAP proxies, ability to
enhance/modify them, SAP ß> PI integration options.
Overall, a hands-on PI 7.1 developer that has gone through upgrades to PI
7.1 from an XI environment at the application development role and is very
well versed with PI 7.1 EHP1 features
