Project Manager – Right to Hire – no sponsorship offered
The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams to deliver multiple,
simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology
areas. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage resources,
schedule and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle
(discovery, analysis, design, construction, test and implementation.)
Project Manager who will manage multi track projects to transform/Streamline
the use of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials. They will have overall
performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and
contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning,
tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for
managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for
establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the
customer. They provide day to day direction to the team and regular project
status to the customer. Candidates should have proven delivery experience
with all phases of the systems

· Strong PM with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work.
· Minimum of 5 years of PM experience.
· 5+ Years of experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials 9.0 or
higher.
· Comfortable to work with the executive management.
· Must have experience performing gap analysis, requirements analysis,
business processes and test cycles.
· Must be able to interface with Functional users, Business Owners and
Integration Partner.
· Must understand customizations from the core product.
· Will need to bring industry "best practices" and new perspective to
the project.
· Will at times be asked to support other smaller size projects as
needed.
· At least 5+ years of experience using project management tools such
as Microsoft Project, Clarity or Daptiv
Knowledge of PMI’s Project Management methodology is a strong plus

· Key qualities problem management/risk management, scope management;

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration). An
equivalent combination of training and professional work experiences that
provides the requisite skill set is acceptable.
· MBA Preferred
