*SCOPE OF SERVICES
*The objective of the service request is to hire a Windows Infrastructure
Engineer to provide for Windows Messaging and Development Services to
enhance current services being provided to our organization, which shall
include a better archive solution due to inability to access our current
archives and failure to meet eDiscovery requests under the current platform.
eDiscovery entails searching for relevant documents for FOIL requests, DOI
investigations, lawsuits against the City, DOHMH internal investigations and
related. Current searching solutions in place do not allow for full and
accurate discoveries to be made, which must be remedied immediately.

*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*
Specific duties will include architect and storage design, coding, technical
training incurred during the development stage, implementation and testing,
both of the Back End (BE) cluster and Front End (FE), migration steps and
preparation for ancillary components such as Blackberry Enterprise Server
(BES), Outlook Web Access (OWA), Ironport and NYCMED Portal tie-in, etc.

*DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*

Comprehensive experience with *Blackberry Enterprise Server*, Ironport,
eDiscovery, email

archiving and related skills
