d. XML related technologies
i. XSD creation
ii. XML validation
iii. XPath
iv. XSLT
v. LINQ
e. IIS Administration
i. Creating websites and application pools
ii. Configuring SSL certificates
f. Very well-versed with design patterns
g. Be able to work individually
h. Strong analytical skills
i. Strong design skills
j. Strong modeling skills
k. Pro-active in completion of tasks
